• First- the customer must get return approval through management at Va Outdoors
• Second- they must pay for shipping back to Va Outdoors & a $50 restocking fee

• Va Resident Background $2
• Out of State Background $5

Please allow 24 hours from item showing delivered before calling to check status.

We call everyone as soon as the firearm is received into the book. 

The only time this would not happen is if the number is wrong, not included or if the customers voicemail is full/not set up.

In the case that a background check gets denied, the transfer fee, processing fee and background check will not be refunded. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs back to the FFL.

(Some FFLs don't accept firearm returns)
